We invite you to apply if you value friendly atmosphere and thrilling team spirit as at Coty we promote the culture of kindness</p> <p> </p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our HQ in Warsaw. </p> <p> </p> <p>Your main focus: </p> <ul> <li>Development &amp; execution of trade marketing plan in Body Care and Fragrance category<br/> in dedicated customers within brands (ADIDAS/ MEXX/ BRUNO BANANI/ DAVID BECKHAM)</li> <li>Coordination of POS production workflow with third party partners in line with global guidelines</li> <li>Development, execution and post evaluation of trade activities (e.g. consumer contests, loyalty programs in dedicated customers)</li> <li>Competition analysis, benchmarking</li> <li>Preparation of adequate reports and presentations</li> <li>Proactive &amp; innovative approach to trade activities</li> <li>Delivery of input to yearly trade marketing plan for Body Care and Fragrance category</li> <li>Planning &amp; effective budget management</li> <li>Close cooperation with internal &amp; external partners </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Working for Coty means joining a company in which we believe in equality and inclusion for all, we stand in solidarity with those who fight for freedom, justice, and equal rights, regardless of who you are or who you love.
