Manager Services & Solutions - Focus Trade-in, Device as a Service & Green Energy (m/f/d)

<h2>Your Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Develop and manage Trade-in, Device as a Service (DaaS) and Green Energy strategies on a global level </li> <li>Set up assessment framework, guidelines and processes for Trade-in, DaaS and Green Energy </li> <li>Run and support Trade-in, DaaS and Green Energy provider tender processes on a global level including optimizing the existing business (e.g. CX) </li> <li>Manage international and cross functional projects coming out of Trade-in, DaaS and Green Energy strategies</li> <li>Initiate and manage meaningful exchange with the countries and third parties </li> <li>Enable the Leadership team to take data based, informed decisions regarding Trade-in, DaaS and the Green Energy area for the MediaMarktSaturn Group </li> </ul> <h2>Your Profile</h2> <ul> <li>University degree in Economics, Statistics or similar qualification</li> <li>Several years of professional experience in managing global and cross functional projects, ideally in retail / service environment </li> <li>Knowledge of Trade-in Business Models and / or Green Energy Business</li> <li>Good understanding of market trends and innovations in the Services &amp; Solutions area</li> <li>Strong analytical skills, communication skills and results-oriented </li> <li>Business fluent in English, German would be beneficial</li> </ul> <h2>About Us</h2> <p>The Services &amp; Solutions Team manages the portfolio of service products sold in all of MediaMarktSaturn retail channels and country portfolios.
