As a Business Continuous Improvement Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading rapid improvement workshops
Working with organizational leaders to establish repeatable processes and hold standard
Support professional problem solvers through belt-level certification and improvement coaching
Empower Solventum employees through our enterprise solver platform to continuously improve and to solve together
Act as a change agent, influencing a CI mindset across the organization
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Ten (10) combined years of continuous improvement experience across diverse professional settings, including marketing, administrative or corporate functions
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND Fourteen (14) years of combined years of continuous improvement experience across diverse professional settings, marketing, administrative or corporate functions
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt), or similar CI methodologies preferred.
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
Experience in a corporate environment, with the ability to influence across multiple functions and levels.
Demonstrated success in leading change and fostering a CI culture
Work location: Remote - United States of America
Travel: May include up to 10%
