Senior UX Designer (Full Time; Multiple Openings)

Responsible for working with product teams on RingCentral’s desktop /web/mobile applications to develop product features and design the user interfaces and features to make applications user-friendly.

To succeed in this role you must meet the following requirements:

• Working with Product teams to build a deep understanding of our product family and our various end-user audiences.

• Leading the design for specific product feature initiatives to identify new creative visions, invent design trends, and bring messages to life through visuals.

• Working with Visual Designers and pattern libraries to define how these features will be executed.

• Acting as key liaison with the global engineering teams responsible for the implementation of the designs to ideate and execute world-class creative.

• Designing user-friendly features and interfaces to ensure the best user experience.

Desired Qualifications:

• U.S. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in User Experience Design, Software Engineering or a related field, plus three (3) years of related experience.

• Experience with digital product development, digital ecosystems, Sketch, Abstract, Invision, Principle, Slack, QQ, and WhatsApp is required.
