Senior HVAC Technician

Hiring for HVAC Technicians! We’re always looking for upbeat, super motivated people. That’s even more important than experience, because we have incredible training here, but you cannot train ATTITUDE or WORK ETHIC. Problem is, even the best folks in this industry are typically underpaid, under-appreciated, and overworked.

Start at $25 - $32 per hour. Your pay is based on an hourly rate, incentives, maintenance spiffs, and sales bonuses. You should expect your first year all-in earnings to be around $75,000 - and we'll help you get there!

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC Install or Maintenance Experience
• Valid EPA License
• Reliable Transportation and a Clean Driving Record
• Willing to go through a background check
