Senior Manager, Collaboration Systems

ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is seeking a highly capable Senior Manager of Collaboration Systems to lead and oversee all aspects of SaaS operations, encompassing planning, budgeting, execution, and strategic development. The ideal candidate will boast an outstanding history of achievements in SaaS operations, coupled with exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills. Thriving in a collaborative and dynamic team environment, the candidate should exhibit proficiency in managing a diverse range of IT software and systems.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Oversee all aspects of SaaS operations, including planning, budgeting, and execution
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and oversee the SaaS operations team, ensuring they possess the necessary resources and support to achieve their objectives
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that SaaS operations are aligned with the company's overall business goals
• Identify and implement new technologies to improve SaaS operations
• Monitor and report on SaaS operations metrics
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS operations
• 4+ year of experience leading and managing a SaaS Ops team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Proven ability to create and carry out strategic plans
• Extensive experience with SaaS operations software and tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Zoom, DocuSign, Dropbox, Lumos, etc.)
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
