1st shift Buns Production Jr - Machine Operator

Shift: 4:15 AM-2:30 PM

Hourly Rate: $23.50 an hour

Reporting to the Line Lead, you will support safe, reliable, and efficient production of our gluten‑free baked products while working as part of a team within our Denver and Aurora bakery operations. You will work a 10‑ or 12‑hour shift on 1st shift in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities:

• Advocate for Conagra’s safety and quality program.
• Communicate any potential line concerns related to safety, efficiency, or risk.
• Perform production tasks including mixing or measuring dough, filling pans, baking, or assembling product in packaging.
• Rotate across multiple positions within your team as needed.

Ingredients Required for Your Success:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours.
• Proficient in written and verbal English or Spanish.
• Machine operator experience
