About the role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that support the growth and retention of IB programmes in the United States while gaining experience working across international teams.

As an intern, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across departments and global offices to:

  • Research and map the alignment between Generation Global's dialogue-based learning framework and CAS/Community Engagement.
  • Develop an internal guidance document that identifies shared concepts, terminology, and pedagogical connections.
  • Create promotional materials and communications that demonstrate how Generation Global supports CAS/CE learning outcomes for IB schools.
  • Adapt these materials for non-IB schools to support the expansion of Generation Global.
  • Contribute ideas for a potential stand-alone CAS offering for non-IB schools.
  • Present findings and recommendations to project stakeholders.

Seeking opportunities to gain practical experience in a field of study or as an integral part of their education, a component of their degree or part of their post-graduate experience to obtain work experience

As a temporary internship position, eligibility for benefits and leave is limited and will be provided in accordance with applicable law and organizational policy. 9 days of Safe and Sick Leave
