Customer Insights Data Analyst

We are looking for a Customer Insights Data Analyst with business acumen and data mining skills, to join the Costumer Excellence Team focused on improving lifetime values of Viva customers. The successful candidate will combine the competence of mining raw data and transform it into visual insights across all Viva wallet gamut of customers touchpoint, within a fast-paced, intrapreneurial environment.

More specifically, as a Customer Insights Analyst, you will:

• Create and use data mining and visualization reporting techniques as Power Bi to interpret information, build dashboards to track performance and understand growth levers, discover customer patterns, and eventually communicate findings orally and visually

• Design and implement solutions required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and Azure technologies
• Assist in strategy execution by setting and monitoring the appropriate KPIs
• Create automated reports using relational databases and optimize data delivery
• Perform tasks in an efficient & timely manner
• Understand business challenges and relate them with specific analytics activities

• Stay up to date with new technology trends

Requirements

• BA in Data Analysis, Statistics or related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in relevant fields of analytics and/ or reporting in financial services firms (preferably)
• Experience with data modeling and visualization tools (indicative: PowerBI)

• Competence with relational database systems and SQL and excellent analytical skills
• Be self-driven and a quick learner to adopt to new technologies and methodologies
• Be highly numerate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proven Microsoft Office platform skills
• Command of both written and spoken English and Greek

• Be resilient, agile and adaptable to an extremely fast-paced environment
• Team-player with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders
