Be a part of our mission!</p> <h2 id="your-mission">Your mission</h2> <ul> <li>Budget control the Technology cost bucket and reporting actuals for each month.</li> <li>Plan and reforecast future budgets</li> <li>Work with internal customers, to gain requirements before negotiating with 3rd party vendors</li> <li>Train/Educate Tech Partners to help them develop, and for them to become an increasingly valuable resource for your work</li> <li>Be an essential part of change management on an organisational level</li> <li>Contribute to the global IT strategy and make sure that it is well aligned with company needs</li> <li>Use your resilience to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities</li> <li>Automate! Automate! Automate! Take ownership over your repetitive work!</li> <li>To cross functionally align with key stakeholders in the broader Tech org, to ensure we can capitalise on where overlaps can exist</li> <li>Aligning wide-spread changes, as 1k5 expands, adapts and changes</li> <li>Be hands on with standard tooling configurations and implementation</li> </ul> <h2 id="your-profile">Your profile</h2> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of software procurement experience</li> <li>Mastery of Google Sheets. Appscript is a big plus!</li> <li>Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodology</li> <li>Having worked in fast growing start-up environments is a huge plus!</li> <li>Experience with transformation/change management</li> <li>Ability to facilitate calls with senior management</li> <li>Experience in budget/financial controlling</li> <li>Experience in contract management and negotiation</li> <li>English in both written and verbal communication (C1/C2).
