Purpose and Job Summary

Collecting source data for potential financing opportunities in the DC office and then:

• Organize Deal Folders

• Input Data in the Relevant Workbooks

• Track deal progress with our Correspondent, Greysteel

• Prepare regular pipeline reports and status updates for all deals in the DC Office

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• College Degree

• Finance Experience with an Agency/HUD Lender

• Flexible work schedule in office only coordinated with the DC office team.

• Expected to last throughout the summer
