We value a collaborative environment where individual contributions are directly connected to broader systems and processes, ensuring continuous improvement and efficient delivery.Responsibilities and Impact:• Apply in-depth professional knowledge and understanding of established principles and practices to connect daily work to broader in-year priorities and plans.• Exercise decision-making authority over assigned work, operating within defined policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance.• Take an end-to-end view when identifying and applying solutions to operational issues or problems, ensuring sustainability and effectiveness.• Proactively identify and address potential problems or suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality within the team and broader organization.• Convey complex information clearly and effectively to a range of internal and external audiences, adapting communication style as needed.• All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.Compensation/Benefits Information: S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $A to $Z. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications:• An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 3+ years of experience applying principles and practices within a professional discipline.• Demonstrated ability to exercise decision-making authority over assigned work and operate effectively within established policies and procedures.• Proven capacity to take initiative in identifying and addressing problems or suggesting process improvements.• We require all external candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office.
