We are the only full-service, end-to-end shared service organization in the industry, enabling Groupe agencies to do what they do best: innovate and transform for their clients. </p><p>Formed in 1998 as a small team to service a few Publicis Groupe firms, Publicis Re:Sources has grown to 5,000+ employees in over 66 countries.  We provide technology solutions and business services including finance, accounting, legal, benefits, procurement, tax, real estate, treasury and risk management.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>• Business Requirements gathering<br/> • Business Process designing-Product Fitment &amp; Gap Analysis Estimation<br/> • Develop Proof of Concept, Conduct Conference Room Pilot &amp; User Acceptance Testing<br/> • Leading and managing team of technical consultant<br/> • Change Management &amp; End User training<br/> • Implementation related documentation<br/> • Customer and Vendor Interaction<br/> • Collaborate with SAP ECC and other source systems</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>• Design data warehouse and Dimensional Modeling for business processes related to FICO, HR, Project Systems, SD, MM <br/> • Design and development of Info objects, Info cubes, DSO, Multi Provider, Virtual Providers,  Infosets, ODS, datamarts<br/> • Experience in extracting data from multiple sources ( SAP R/3, Non-SAP sources within  organization, Non-SAP sources outside organization)<br/> • Design and implementation of Row and Column level Security <br/> • Experience of SDLC process<br/> • Ability to write clear, detailed business requirements &amp; business flow as well as functional  specifications for user interface designs<br/> • Hands on experience for end to end implementation of SAP BW<br/> • Experience in database scripting, performance tuning methods, partioning <br/> • Experience in SAP BW 7.4<br/> • As a SAP HANA Specialist, will be responsible for SAP HANA Modeling and enterprise SAP HANA projects<br/> • Expertise with End to end HANA Solution Architecture, Modeling, SQL, Performance Tuning, Data Provisioning, Replication, multiple data integration tools (including ETL and data replication tools), multiple relational databases, dimensional databases, database performance tuning, SAP LT Replication Server (SLT) and writing queries using SQL<br/> • Experience in BI Tools : SAP BO Web Intelligence, SAP BO Dashboards, SAP Crystal reports, SAP BO Analysis, SAP BO Explorer, SAP BO Live Office<br/> • Understands the technical data flow across the business processes<br/> • Experience in Master and Meta data management from the DW perspective</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time job with contract of employment or B2B</li><li>Hybrid or fully remote type of work</li><li>Private medical care</li><li>Sharing the costs of sports activities</li><li>Integration events</li></ul>
