Description & Requirements

Infor is seeking a Consulting Practice Team Lead as part of our discrete software consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attract, retain, and grow best in class diverse talent to provide upward mobility career opportunities and deliver customer outcomes. The candidate would ensure the implementation of software is in line with leading industry practice. Collaborating with the customer in a prescriptive manner to produce the required solution and achieve the desired outcomes. Applying functional / product knowledge in combination with industry expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
  • Ensure all professionals are properly enabled and certified in respective solutions in line with tactical utilization and strategic capacity requirements.
  • Facilitate Talent Management programs (360s, RREs/MBOs, Career Journey, etc.) throughout the year.
  • Execute the PBM Journey for all employees by championing our guiding principles to transform our culture.
  • Support all aspects of recruiting/sourcing activities, ranging from inbound referrals to interview participation and Infor onboarding activities.
  • Proficiency with software and software configuration.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Optimize Infor processes to monitor project progress and performance to address any emerging issues.
  • Work with both Customers & Infor stakeholders to determine the allocation of operational responsibilities between Consulting, Client Success, Support & Managed Services in the new system.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience managing a portfolio of discrete manufacturing enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Experience with P&L responsibility or financial ownership for a professional services portfolio, including revenue, cost, and margin tracking.
  • Experience managing direct reports, including hiring, workload management, and performance oversight.
  • Experience supporting services sales by developing and negotiating statements of work (SOWs), pricing models, and delivery plans.
  • Experience tracking and reporting on project delivery metrics, such as utilization, milestone completion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.
