Director of Foundation Operations

Springpoint Senior Living, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Foundation Operations to join our team!

Springpoint Senior Living, Inc., headquartered in Wall Township, NJ, is seeking an experienced and driven Director to lead the operations of the Springpoint Foundation. At Springpoint, the primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support functions to the CPO and the Foundation team and to maintain an efficient department and perform all other duties and responsibilities as designated.

Responsibilities:

• Board Liaison for Foundation board includes all communications, meetings, minutes, resolutions, etc.
• Prepare and mail all IRS tax-acknowledgement letters for donors. Ensure data entry accuracy and maintain confidentiality of the Raisers Edge database.
• Affordable Housing lead for all grants, programs and services (Community Cares, Fresh Fruit & Produce, Emergency Food pantry, transportation, etc.).
• Grants & endowment tracking and grant renewals for Foundation programs.
• Preparation of payment vouchers and correspondence for Foundation, maintaining a written record of expenditures as related to the budget.
• Ensure the implementation of The Springpoint Foundation’s vision and values.
• Prioritize and coordinate assignments to meet established deadlines.
• Assist in standardizing methods in which the work will be accomplished, developing appropriate. systems and procedures for the department.
• Assist in special events.
• Interact with residents on a personal and business level as appropriate.
• Assist in improving Foundation solicitation.
• Prepare department analysis reports for board meetings.
• Coordinate and maintain calendars and appointments for department.
• Attend and participate in workshops, seminars, and meetings.
• Assisting the entire Foundation team as needed.

 Education and Experience: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with Rasier’s Edge a plus.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 / year
