About the Team

Are you ready to take on a challenging role that will drive the transformation of our Workplace Services (WPS/IT) operations? We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to join our team and lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance the employee experience at Mironeer. With our expanding workforce and ambitious growth plans, we need your expertise to accelerate the execution of strategic programs and streamline our WPS processes. This role will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class experiences to each Mironeer and contribute to our long-term success.

About the Role

As Miro continues to scale, we are running projects that require strong program management and ownership. While supporting and scaling our existing ~1800 Mironeers, we need a dedicated program manager to manage initiatives that do not have an immediate functional owner. This role will enable us to support various cross-functional strategic initiatives and enhance the overall employee experience. You will have the opportunity to work on projects ranging from building and streamlining "World Class" Experience programs for WPS and IT to improving WPS processes and procedures.

What you’ll do

As a Strategic Program Manager, you will significantly accelerate and enhance the quality of execution for cross-functional and company-wide programs. Your expertise will ensure alignment, efficient cadence, effective escalations and resolutions, and transparent tracking of initiatives. By taking ownership of project management, you will free up senior leadership and key stakeholders from day-to-day project tasks, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.

What you’ll need

• 4-6+ years of experience in workplace/IT PMO/project roles in a SaaS/tech company, involving analytical, strategic, and cross-functional work.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale and complex workplace campus relocations, including IT infrastructure projects.
• Track record of developing and executing "0 to 1" projects within complex organizations, from ideation to evaluation of success.
