We have a national presence but a local approach—every customer benefits from our capabilities and our care.</p> <p><strong>At Loenbro, we don’t just offer jobs—we build careers grounded in integrity, teamwork, excellence, and purpose.&nbsp;</strong>Join a team where your expertise is valued, your growth is supported, and your work helps maintain and enhance the critical infrastructure that powers communities across the nation.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong><br>The General Foreman is responsible for safety, scheduling, assignment and supervision of manpower, work performance, material procurement and planning, quality control, communication with the project team, and onsite customer relations.</p> <p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Test electrical systems using appropriate tools to identify issues, ensure system safety, and confirm compatibility.</li> <li>Document actions, testing results, observations, final diagnoses, and steps taken to resolve issues for each project or situation.</li> <li>Determine necessary steps to assess and troubleshoot electrical situations using testing devices, blueprints, and maps.</li> <li>Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements; report any violations of policies, procedures, or guidelines to a supervisor.</li> <li>Use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts to work on electrical systems in commercial properties.</li> <li>Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good condition and safe for use.</li> <li>Maintain general housekeeping and organization of the work area.</li> <li>Bend conduits ranging from ½″ to 4″.</li> <li>Utilize required tools and equipment for each specific task as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in the electrical trade</li> <li>Ability to develop and manage construction schedules for large-scale projects and adjust as needed</li> <li>Ability to contribute to installations or direct others through the ins
