What You’ll Do:

• Read and interpret wiring schematics and technical drawings.
• Assemble back plates with precision and attention to detail.
• Wire components, including switches, drives, and displays, following specifications.
• Test completed panels to ensure functionality and quality.
• Work collaboratively to improve processes and support expansion efforts.
