OnsiteAvionics MRO in Burnsville, MN is searching for a MRO Manufacturing Engineer to support daily operations. This is a fast-paced role where the ability to multi-task, effectively communicate and problem solve to support customer repairs is critical. MRO Manufacturing Engineering interfaces with many different functional teams within the Burnsville site, utilizing the necessary resources to work projects and issues through to successful completion. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate who has a willingness to learn and grow within the MRO team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Develops, designs and plans for assembly and test fixtures.
Analyzes sequence of operations, machine and equipment design, and facility and production conditions to identify problems and create solutions.
Adapts machine or equipment design to conform to standard factory and production procedures.
Makes changes in assembly processes, equipment procedures, and design specifications to solve equipment and manufacturing problems.
Interprets and provides explanations of design concepts and specifications.
Participates in efficiency, cost savings and capital equipment projects.
Reviews and makes updates to Technical Publications.
QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:
Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
Manufacturing or aerospace industry experience.
