Otis is looking for a MRO+ Category Manager to oversee operations in North America.

This role involves aligning with global and regional sourcing strategies and supporting operations by handling purchase activities such as ordering, expediting, and managing supplier performance.

This role can be done remotely anywhere in the United States.

On a typical day you will:

• Support operations or functions to perform purchase activities

• Execute global and regional sourcing strategy

• Provide input to global category lead for sourcing strategy design and improvement

• Manage suppliers' performance

• Compliance with purchase policy

• Drive and execute programs on cost savings and their implementation

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Over 5 years of managerial experience with regional oversight

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders effectively and deliver outstanding customer service

• Exceptional communication skills

• Skilled in supplier management

• Expertise in driving process improvements

• Demonstrated capability in managing complex programs

• Strong results-driven mindset

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%

The salary range for this role is $114,400 - $143,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future.  Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
