Vice President, Content Production - Connected Commerce

Connected Commerce is Chase’s newest line of business: a two-sided platform that connects our engaged base of >63 million digitally active customers with relevant merchant brands. Creating appealing experiences at inflection points earlier in the purchasing journey, Connected Commerce delivers a compelling end-to-end experience for Chase card members through activities they already do every day, like traveling, shopping and dining.

As a Vice President of Content Production within Connected Commerce, you will oversee the production process for the Connected Commerce editorial team, developing and implementing workflows, setting and maintaining production timelines, managing text and visual assets, and leading the content and production teams through periodic content refreshes and audits. You will oversee a small content production team, and will be responsible for producing and publishing content on deadline. Job responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Director, Content to develop a content production process, integrating and enforcing quality controls
• Oversee production for multiple editorial content teams
• Continuously evaluate existing procedures and identify and implement efficiencies
• Serve as a process advocate across the editorial content team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 7+ years in content production and/or project management
• 3+ years in a management role overseeing a content production team
• Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar headless Content Management System (CMS)
• Experience working in a controlled, regulated environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive results through leadership and influence of cross-functional teams
• Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to manage multiple projects at once, and deliver under tight deadlines independently
• Interest in and knowledge of travel destinations and hotels
