Job Description Summary:
The Entitlement Management Analyst, AVP is a crucial role responsible for managing and ensuring secure user access across various critical applications and systems, including Mainframe, Eclipse US, and Salesforce Lightning. The analyst acts as a liaison between business units, IT, and security teams (GIAM ISA/GIDA) to analyze, set up, and review user entitlements, ensuring compliance with security standards and internal policies. The role demands strong technical knowledge in identity and access management, security complexes, project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills.

The Entitlement Management Analyst position is central to maintaining robust access control and security within the organization's IT landscape. The role's primary focus revolves around the provisioning and de-provisioning of user entitlements, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance, risk management, and adherence to established standards.
Multi-Platform Access Management: The analyst is responsible for managing access across diverse platforms, highlighting the need for versatile technical expertise. This includes legacy systems like Mainframe (TopSecret and RACF Security Complexes) and modern applications like Eclipse US and Salesforce Lightning.
Critical Security Function: The role directly impacts the organization's security posture by controlling who has access to what. It involves detailed analysis of access requests, setting up roles, and performing QA to prevent unauthorized access and mitigate security risks.
Collaboration and Liaison: A significant aspect of the role involves extensive interaction and liaison with various internal stakeholders, including Branches, Call Centers, Commercial Business, Operations, AML, Risk/CSIS, CMI, and different IT and support units. This underscores the need for strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Project and Process Adherence: The analyst is expected to manage projects, assist with corporate initiatives (like EERS Enterprise Role Effort and Mainframe resource cleanup), and adhere to Citi PMO standards (SDLC, Waterfall, Agile). This suggests a structured approach to access management and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
This role serves as a liaison for analyzing and setting up business users' access. The core responsibilities are categorized by the application:
Mainframe Access: Liaison between various business units and GIAM ISA/GIDA for analyzing and setting up mainframe access in TopSecret and RacF Security Complexes. This includes understanding mainframe resources, profiles, and eLabeling procedures.
Eclipse US Application: Oversight of all entitlements, working with numerous business units (Branches, Call Center, Commercial Business, Operations, Cards, REL, CSIS, AML, Risk Management, Fraud, IPB/AHS, CPB, PWM, Executive Response
