We are looking for a skilled, energetic, and organized medical assistant to join our team.  Our primary focus is to give our patients the best care possible with a strong interest in customer service.  Daily tasks include greeting and rooming patients, taking vital signs, checking, and routing messages, scheduling appointments, handling prescription refills and updating patients' medical records.

The qualifications we are looking for in a candidate are as follows:

• Certified medical assistant.
• BMO (with a higher starting level of pay)
• Phlebotomy (with a higher starting level of pay)
• An engaging attitude with a desire to help both patients and team members
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medications
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay at $19 per hour, going to $20 per hour after the 90-day probation period.
• Additional increase in pay for applicants with BMO and/or phlebotomy
• Quarterly incentive bonuses based on goal setting and productivity
• Up to 12 days of paid time off after the first year of employment, with increasing PTO after 3 years of employment.
