After outstanding growth within our client base, we are now looking to expand our renewals function. Our Renewal Associate will work cross-functionally across the business to ensure our success within our install base accounts.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Drive renewals across the SMB client segment.
• Develop relationships in the SMB client segment for the renewal process, working cross-functionally with multiple Departments such as Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Cloud teams.
• Work closely with Customer Success to develop and implement renewals best practices.
• Provide a seamless customer journey, finding opportunities for improving customer experience while optimizing contract renewals.
• Demonstrable commercial understanding, having the ability to implement a broad approach, uncovering issues, removing roadblocks, and adopting a general Account Management approach
• Tactical awareness, providing operational capabilities around forecasting and reporting.

What You Bring Along:

• 2-5+ yrs experience within renewals, with demonstrable experience of scaling a renewals practice
• Experience working within a renewals team within a SaaS environment
• Strong contract insight and ability to negotiate sales contracts.
• Strong Account Management skills and ability to work within a matrix environment
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed environment with the ability to manage multiple work streams
• Bachelors degree
