Senior Manager, Corporate Applications and Integration Services
Location: Reno, NV; San Ramon, CA
Are you a hands-on technology leader who thrives at the intersection of business applications, integrations, and AI-enabled productivity? Do you enjoy partnering directly with business leaders to uncover friction in workflows and drive meaningful, practical improvements that make work better every day? Are you excited to lead high-performing teams while rolling up your sleeves to shape secure, scalable, and future-ready internal platforms? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.

In this highly visible role, you will lead and mentor a growing team while partnering cross-functionally to solve real operational challenges and accelerate productivity. You will also champion the thoughtful adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude Code, to unlock smarter workflows, stronger collaboration, and measurable impact across the organization.
At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture.
If this excites you, we’d love to meet you.
