About the Role
- Drive complex customer implementations. Shape how projects are delivered across EMEA for Advanced Diagnostics. We are looking for a Program Manager to lead high-impact customer implementation projects and elevate project management standards across our EMEA Advanced Diagnostics business. This is a unique dual-role combining hands-on delivery with strategic transformation of project management practices.

Your Impact
Lead Customer Implementation Projects
- You take ownership of complex, multi-disciplinary customer programs—from project launch through to successful project closure.
- Deliver end-to-end implementations on time, on budget, and to agreed customer outcomes
- Lead cross-functional teams (Applications, IT/Informatics, Technical Service)
- Manage planning, risks, and stakeholder communication at all levels
- Ensure strong project setup (site readiness, IT connectivity, interfaces)
- Act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales and tender phases
Drive Project Management Excellence (PMEF)
- You play a key role in shaping and scaling our Project Management Excellence Framework (PMEF) across the organization.
- Enhance and deploy the PM Playbook, tools, and standards
- Design and deliver PM training & certification programs
- Strengthen project management capabilities across teams (Sales, Service, Applications)
- Drive continuous improvement through field feedback and best practices
- Contribute to xPMO governance, processes, and digital tools
About You
- Experienced Program/Project Manager (8+ years), ideally in customer-facing environments
- Certified (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent)
- Background in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, lab environments) or complex IT systems
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Fluent in English and French; additional European languages are a plus
- Willing to travel across EMEA (25% - 50%)
