Job Description:

Accounting student interested in using their creative talents to be a part of the branding and marketing of the department. Tasks would include, but not be limited to:
•    Creating digital slides for the lobby
•    Creating posters for decoration in Suite to highlight various events
•    Creating social media content, including advertising for events and photos of events and activities
•    Taking photos of various events for use in social media, the accounting annual review, and other marketing uses
•    Assist with designing department shirts 
•    Assist with ideas and planning for events
•    Responsible for bi-weekly meeting with Faculty Supervisors and provide weekly project updates
•    Eligible to have work time allocated to relevant trainings to assist with work (photos, etc.)
•    Coordinate with Daniel Shallcross’s graduate assistants to cross promote events
•    Student will have access to a Canva pro account or other tools as deemed necessary

• Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility 
• Provide excellent customer service to clients  
• Ability to prioritize and take initiative 
• Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations 
• Ability to comply with University policies  
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
