Position Summary:

The Inventory Warehouse Lead will be responsible for overseeing and performing support processes for Inventory control along with performing daily routine tasks as needed within the Warehouse environment to maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish Inventory ID’s for organization within Oracle Fusion ERP system obsoleted, inactivate as needed.
  • Work with Laboratory customers to review and establish appropriate min/max and revise as needed.
  • Work with Accounts Payable to address and resolve Inventory related PO issues/concerns.
  • Monitor Inventory material expiration date, scrap and transact in the system as needed.
  • Assure temperature in Warehouse areas and controlled storage units is being monitored, resolves any out of range excursions within Temp Track.
  • Oversee incoming inspection process within Warehouse and assure materials are dispositioned in a timely manner (as applicable per location).
  • Receive and inspect materials from Suppliers, receive materials in Oracle system as required.
  • Stock materials as per established storage chambers and designated locations.
  • Pick and deliver Movement request to laboratories per site define schedule(s).
  • Perform inventory material cycle counts as per established frequency and ad hoc as needed by the business to assure accurate inventory and/or address discrepancies.
  • Perform inventory material full inventory count at minimum once a year.
  • Interact and communicate with internal lab customers as needed.

Experience & Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in Warehouse shipping/receiving and Inventory management environment required
  • Fork Lift trained/certified
  • Must either be fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) within probationary period, first 90  days, or submit a NeoGenomics Medical or Religious Exemption as a form of reasonable accommodation within business days of your start date which will be required by the HR department. If you are formally offered a position to join NeoGenomics, at that time you may initiate the Medical or Religious Exemption process with the Human Resource department.  
  • Ability to function independently within a broad scope of guidelines and established policies and goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proven ability to execute and delivery on commitments.
