Alternance - Administrative and Accounting Assistant (M/F)

We not only encourage our employees to dream big, but also give them the freedom and the tools to do so.</p><p><strong>Location: Paris</strong></p><p><br/></p><h3>A Day in the Life:</h3><p>Reporting to the VP Finance and Administration, you will be responsible for the following subjects</p><ul> <li>Accounting for supplier and customer invoices (general and analytical accounting), monthly closing entries</li> <li>Cash Collection</li> <li>Management of office life: employee well-being, ensuring comfort in the premises, management of purchases and equipment, office organization, etc.</li> <li>HR (recruitment: distribution of advertisements)</li> <li>Admin: drafting of work contracts, renewal of trial period / termination of trial period</li> <li>Administrative management of the staff</li> <li>Knowledge of HRIS software</li> <li>Management and monitoring of human resources (semi-annual reviews, employee audits, training)</li> <li>You will participate in the organization and communication of various internal events</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3></h3><p>What you bring to the Role:</p><ul> <li>Good knowledge of accounting/finance and administrative management</li> <li>Ability to manage very different subjects, great capacity of organization, adaptation and reactivity<br/> </li> <li>You are autonomous, rigorous, organized, multitasking, and proactive</li> <li>You have good communication skills, both written and spoken in French and English.</li> <li>You dream to evolve in a startup environment</li> </ul>
