Join us and see the difference. <strong>Work #LikeABosch</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are currently looking for an <strong>Senior Software Engineer with Classic AUTOSAR (Cluj, Sibiu) </strong>to work within our teams. </p><p>In the <strong>Hardware related Software Department</strong>, we are building the next generation of <strong>ADAS Integration</strong> <strong>Platform </strong>to be used for Driver Assistance Systems and Automated Driving. </p><p>We are responsible for <strong>Prototype software development</strong>, bring-up and low-level software development of state-of-the-art <strong>SoC (Systems on a Chip)</strong>. We are also integrating the software solutions in customer projects and bringing them to series production. </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive software development, with a strong focus on safety-critical systems;</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Classic AUTOSAR architecture and its application in automotive projects;</li><li>Proven experience in developing software compliant with ASIL-D safety standards;</li><li>Solid understanding of the ASPICE process and its application in automotive software development;</li><li>Strong programming skills in C/C++ and familiarity with software development tools and environments;</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment;</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.</li></ul><p><strong><u>In your role you wil</u></strong></p><ul><li>Take responsibility for a broad range of SW engineering tasks such as requirement engineering or deriving a suitable architecture in compliance with given process;</li><li>Design, implement and maintain software architecture and detailed software designs, ensuring integration with the AUTOSAR architecture;</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of software components and adherence to project timelines and quality standards;</li><li>Specify software requirements in tune with customer and system requirements;</li><li>Drive the implementation of new technical or architectural concepts within global organization;</li><li>Offer technical support for projects in acquisition, including preparing technical proposals, feasibility studies, and project planning support to ensure successful project bids and acquisitions;</li><li>Deliver the committed work package within the agreed time and quality; </li><li>Proactively communicate delays or problems occurred during development;</li><li>Conduct reviews (requirements, design, code, module test);</li><li>Follow the defined software development processes, while proactively pushing to improve and streamline all areas of the process;</li><li>Mentor and supports your colleagues to master technical challenges and methodologies;</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to automotive architecture.</li></ul><p><strong>Technology Stack: </strong></p><ul><li>AUTOSAR;</li><li>Hardware Based Software: Embedded OS, Multicore MCU, System Control;</li><li>Ethernet, Some/Ip, CAN-FD, XCP, UDS, Memory Stack, RTOS; </li><li>Git, Doors, CANoe;</li><li>Knowledge of ASPICE; </li><li>ISO2626.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong><em>#LikeABosch Benefits:</em></strong></p><p>Your work-life balance is valuable to us, so we offer you:</p><ul><li><strong>25 Days of annual leave</strong>, because work-life balance is essential to us; </li><li><strong>Flexible working hours</strong>, but if you want to work from somewhere else, feel free, our <strong>Home Office</strong> program helps you do that.</li></ul><p>Your <strong>health</strong> and <strong>well-being</strong> is important to us, so we have you covered:</p><ul><li>Medical subscription;</li><li>Accident insurance;</li><li>Sport activities and well-being initiatives.</li></ul><p>We believe in a <strong
