<p><span><strong><span>Glanbia Enterprise Solutions</span></strong></span></p> <p><strong><span>Senior Procure to Pay (PTP) Manager</span></strong></p> <p><span><strong><span>The opportunity </span></strong></span></p> <p><span>This role owns the end-to-end delivery of the Procure to Pay process within Glanbia Enterprise Solutions (GES) Services. The role combines both the oversight of the delivery of services, alongside driving the identification and delivery of transformation within the end-to-end process. The role will connect with our BPO Partner, ensuring consistent, high quality service is provided to our business.</span></p> <p><span><em><span> </span></em></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Manage centralised Procure To Pay (PTP) team, ensure team members deliver performance that meets or exceeds the required performance levels</span></li> <li><span>Lead mentor and develop the PTP team fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transformation and accountability including engagement with any relevant 3rd party Finance teams</span></li> <li><span>Enable accurate accounting and service delivery within the tower, with highest level of quality, ensuring compliance, approval verification and support quality control reviews.</span></li> <li><span>Key member of GES governance to ensure service delivery and SLAs for the function.</span></li> <li><span>Facilitate timely issue resolution, including escalation in accordance with the governance structure </span></li> <li><span>Key point of contact for any internal team escalations, own relationship with Glanbia Performance Nutrition &amp; Glanbia Nutritionals and others</span></li> <li><span>Ensure all payments related accounting, payment policies and tower controls are implemented</span></li> <li><span>Monitor cash impacts and payments</span></li> <li><span>Timely monitoring and management of reporting of all KPIs specific to the tower</span></li> <li><span>Own and lead transformation changes within the PTP tower, support ad hoc projects/continuous improvement e.g. integrations and UAT.</span></li> <li><span>Evaluate and recommend and implement improvements to existing PTP processes and practices to ensure best in class performance.
