(Senior) Influencer Strategist

Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Netflix, Canva, Foot Locker, Philips &amp; Biscoff. </em></p> <p><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong></p> <p>As our Influencer Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, pitching and executing impactful influencer marketing strategies. </p> <p>You will be working on developing concepts and strategies, building client relationships, pitching your ideas to clients and spotting and following up on opportunities.<br/><br/></p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>You will be able to handle projects independently under the supervision of your team leader;</li> <li>Your extensive expertise enables you to pitch your plans to clients in a compelling manner and understand what it takes to persuade a client;</li> <li>You maintain a long-term focus on the various clients you manage and represent the company to your clients;</li> <li>You can adapt to the profiles and preferences of clients and team members;</li> <li>You act as a strategic marketing consultant for your client portfolio, providing support to the project team;</li> <li>You present with confidence and expertise and can hold your ground in confrontations and negotiations;</li> <li>Your extensive media network regularly generates requests from your connections;</li> <li>You keep your network up-to-date by scheduling regular coffee meetings and attending events.</li> <li>You are eager to stay up to date on the latest social, influencer and digital trends and developments.<br/><br/></li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</strong></p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience and a proven track record in the Influencer Marketing industry and a built-up network in the media world;</li> <li>You are considered an expert within your field in your network;</li> <li>Have a strategic vision, often being two or three steps ahead of others;</li> <li>Can make questions tangible with advice, detailed decks, and/or a roadmap;</li> <li>Is entrepreneurial and eager to take on any opportunities that come their way;</li> <li>Have proven experience in devising (social &amp; influencer) campaigns, media, and content for A-brands, with a strategic perspective from the platform;</li> <li>Have knowledge of new (social) platforms, media approaches, and technologies;</li> <li>Can articulate complex issues in a simple manner;</li> <li>Can interpret data and develop concrete concepts based on it;</li> <li>You are confident in client communication in challenging projects and are able to convince them of your recommendations;</li> <li>You have strong communication skills and master the English language; both verbally and in writing;<br/><br/></li> </ul> <p><strong>WE OFFER</strong></p> <ul> <li>A flexible, hybrid working policy (2-3 days from the office, depending on location) and the opportunity to work from abroad for 13 weeks a year. </li> <li>24 vacation days per year and the possibility to buy an unlimited number of extra vacation days.</li> <li>DEPT®/YOU Learning Menu and DEPT®/YOU Special Programs.
