At MYTILINEOS, we foster a culture of <strong>resilience</strong>, <strong>challenge</strong>, <strong>respect</strong>, <strong>excellence</strong>, and <strong>change</strong>, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes. </p><p>We are currently looking for a <strong>Senior SAP System Specialist</strong> to join our <strong>IT</strong>team part in our Athens's Offices. </p><p><strong>Your role will encompass: </strong></p><ul> <li>Participates in the upgrading of the SAP ecosystem and supports technical specialists in the multi-system application architecture.</li> <li>Defines, designs, proposes, implements and has the oversight of the solutions for key business processes including those that support Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales and Quality.</li> <li>Work closely with SAP system integrators to ensure strategic fit, architectural compatibility, and scalability of SAP products to meet company requirements.</li> <li>Provides expertise in SAP application architecture design and improvements, focusing on SAP functional areas such as FI, CO, MM, PS, SD, and PP processes.</li> <li>Provides strategic consultancy support to internal clients and software application technical team members in all aspects of enabling technologies to meet business needs.</li> <li>Works closely with Business Process Owners, external Business advisors and Project managers in SAP solutions design and implementation.</li> <li>Leads cross functional project teams and functional groups within the company’s ERP</li> <li>Collaborates with hardware, network and database architects to research new technologies where appropriate and facilitates the introduction of new technologies and process improvements.</li> <li>Creates RFI’s, RFP’s, RFQ’s for seeking SAP solutions &amp; services proposals in the organization’s vendor ecosystem.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>What you bring to the role:</strong></p><ul> <li>University Degree in Computer Science or any other related discipline.</li> <li>Master Degree in a related field is highly desirable.</li> <li>At least 7 years of relevant SAP functional experience</li> <li>Working knowledge of project management, planning and control methods and tools (MS-Project).</li> <li>Technical leadership experience in architecting and working with SAP technical consultants, ABAP and Middleware developers.</li> <li>Experience in Global SAP implementations/rollouts in a project planning and management capacity.</li> <li>Fluency in English language, both written and oral</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li> <li>Strong capability to relate technical ideas and functionality to non-technical users.</li> <li>Ability to create and meet timelines cognizant of business needs and constraints.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills; ability to perform complex system analysis and draw conclusions by relating information from different sources, including root-cause analysis and issue resolution.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Your Benefits: </strong> </p><ul> <li>Competitive remuneration package </li> <li>Ticket Restaurant Card </li> <li>Group Health Insurance program </li> <li>Discount on the household electricity bill </li> </ul><ul> <li>Pension Plan </li> <li>Cooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivity </li> </ul><p><br/></p><p>Follow us on <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/mytilineos-holdings-s--a-/mycompany/" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">LinkedIn</a> and stay updated on our latest news </p><p>We respect your personal data.
