You will be responsible for the management and resolution of issues focusing an performance and instance availability. You will contribute to the growth of our SRE team and mentor junior team members.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Support monitoring services that watch over our entire network.</li> <li>Drive a proactive culture in SRE, creating run books and incident management processes across all scrum teams.</li> <li>Provide relief and sustainable resolution to issues within our applications and infrastructure.</li> <li>Identify and gather key data driven metrics to assess the performance and adherence to service level objectives.</li> <li>Drive initiatives with partner teams to improve the reliability and performance of applications and infrastructure through improved system design.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role</li> <li>Experience in C# and .Net solutions</li> <li>Experience using Microsoft Azure as platform</li> <li>Passion for innovation and creative problem solving</li> <li>Experience working in a heavily Agile environment</li> <li>Experience using Datadog or similar for logging and monitoring</li> <li>Experience using New Relic as application performance monitoring tool</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>25 days annual leave (pro-rated) + 2 company days</li> <li>Health Insurance</li> <li>Pension Contribution</li> <li>ESOP</li> <li>Death in Service Benefit</li> <li>Tax saver scheme</li> <li>Learning and Development Supports</li> <li>Career Development Opportunities</li> <li>Bits &amp; Bobs days (paid half day every quarter to get your Bits &amp; Bobs completed)</li> <li>Bike to work scheme</li> <li>Sports and Social Club</li> <li>Regular social events</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cubic Telecom is an equal opportunities employer and committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.</strong></p>
