Senior Java + JS Developer

<p>We're currently looking for a passionate Senior Java Developer who is willing to grow into a full-stack developer (Java + JS). You’ll have all the support you need for your professional development</p> <p><strong>About Our Project:</strong><br/>Repair facility customers contact Technical Support for basic claim status inquiries or to verify the information that has been uploaded to an insurance carrier. Providing customers with this information will help eliminate the need for the user to contact us for these status updates. Providing customers with the ability to view the full claim history will provide additional detail frequently requested by customers and further reduce their need to contact Technical Support.</p> <p><strong>Tech stack:</strong><br/>Java/J2EE, Spring boot, Maven, Kubernetes, Kafka, APIEEE, BRE, Gitlab, Postgres DB, ELB, Amazon S3</p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of practical experience using developing APIs and enterprise applications with Java/Java EE</li> <li>5+ years of practical experience with Hibernate ORM/JDBC/MyBatis/JdbcTemplate/etc.</li> <li>5+ years of practical experience with RDBMS and SQL-language (MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL)</li> <li>5+ years of practical experience with Spring Framework or/and Spring Boot</li> <li>Experience with source code management systems: GitHub/Bitbucket/etc.</li> <li>Experience with build systems: Maven/Gradle</li> <li>Good knowledge of HTML, XML, XSD, JSON</li> <li>Experience with developing UI with VueJS or similar technology</li> <li>Experience with test automation and test-driven development practices and frameworks – mutation testing, functional testing (JUnit, Cucumber), mock frameworks (Mockito, etc.), contract testing</li> <li>Experience developing and deploying web applications on servers like Apache Tomcat/WebLogic/JBoss/etc.</li> <li>Sound knowledge of IDEs and tooling like IntelliJ IDEA/Eclipse/SoapUI/Postman</li> <li>Knowledge of BRE tools with routing and transformation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of at least one JavaScript/TypeScript framework (VueJs/ReactJs/Angular) </li> <li>Knowledge of JS technologies like AJAX, JQuery, etc.</li> <li>Experience working in Cloud Native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift</li> <li>Knowledge of defining clean APIs and interfaces using web-service technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.)</li> <li>Understanding of microservice development (Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Docker)</li> <li>Experience with one or more tools in SAST and DAST technologies such as Fortify, Sonatype, WebInspect, or SonarQube</li> <li>Understanding CI/CD DevOps process (Jenkins/Bamboo/etc.)</li> <li>Sound knowledge of AWS technologies</li> <li>Knowledge of cloud data stores is a plus – S3</li> <li>Knowledge of cloud/AWS development/engineering best practices is a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>English level:</strong><br/>Intermediate+</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design solutions using Java/AWS tech stack</li> <li>Develop and review code that will s
