The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of digital and technology consulting, and expertise in guiding transformations. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' future success by providing strategic guidance and overseeing the execution of consulting projects. </p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage workstreams on consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business challenges, providing strategic insights, and delivering value-driven solutions.</li><li>Conduct in-depth industry and market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and formulate data-driven digital strategies.</li><li>Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to help clients leverage technology for business improvement.</li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.</li><li>Develop actionable recommendations and strategic plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.</li><li>Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables, reports, and presentations to clients.</li><li>Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy consulting and digital transformation.<br/></li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>4-6 years experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on digital and/or tech transformation.</li><li>Master's degree in business, management, or a related field.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings.</li><li>Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum), Dutch is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis, quantitative and qualitative research, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and guide a team.</li><li>Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional value.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.</li><li>Affinity for fast-paced, dynamic environments</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed.</li></ul> <p><strong>Location</strong>:  Amsterdam, Netherlands &amp; London, United Kingdom. </p> <p><strong>Interested?</strong> </p> <p>Great to hear you’d like to join us!
