THE JOB

Use your customer service and hospitality skills to provide EXCELLENT service to our members and their guests.

Create connections, anticipate needs and ensure an EXCEPTIONAL experience.

Work hours can be early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Lifting, walking and standing for long periods of time.

Tasks may include;

Taking orders for food and drink.

Preparing cocktails according to menu standards.

Setting up and tearing down for events.

Cleaning and closing tasks.

Cash handling and closing transactions.

Interacting with clients and members.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

-Experience in serving and/or bartending.

-Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.

-TIPS certified a PLUS

-Wine, Cocktail and Beer Knowledge

Fast paced. Great food. Lots of fun! As a server you are vital to the operation by welcoming guests, taking food & beverage orders and providing an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests. Servers are responsible for making sure our guests and members are smiling!

On the job:

• Have full understanding of menu, offer recommendations and be able to answer guest questions
• Communicate effectively to the kitchen and bar
• Recognize and resolve guest concerns, while maintaining an elevated dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas
