What you’ll do:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of secretarial and administrative tasks in support of our department. This role is essential to maintaining efficient and effective office operations by providing support to staff, functional areas, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general secretarial and administrative duties to support office activities.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Greet and assist visitors, serving as the first point of contact for the department.
- Prepare, type, and format correspondence, announcements, reports, and other documents.
- Assist in compiling data and preparing operational reports.
- Support the preparation of check requisitions, purchase requisitions, and expense reports.
- Provide administrative support to staff and functional areas as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

What you’ll need for this job:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
Compensation
Pay Range: $16.70 $25.53 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
