Cleaning Specialist Full-Time (Catalina Area)

Description

The custodian is responsible for:

• Cleaning tasks in our buildings around the community. 

Tasks may include:

• Dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures. 
• Washing windows and counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork. 
• Sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors. 
• Cleaning and vacuuming drapes, furniture, and carpeting. 
• Re-stocking restroom facilities 
• Trash collection/emptying and 
• Other general housekeeping duties, as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid AZ Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Have good attention to detail.
• Some experience would be helpful, but not required.
