Project Manager, RCM - Maitland, FL

SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Revenue Cycle Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue cycle processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and compliance. You will collaborate across departments to drive innovation and achieve financial goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, execute, and manage revenue cycle improvement projects from initiation to completion.
• Analyze current revenue cycle processes and identify areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with teams in billing, coding, patient services, and IT to streamline operations.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify trends.
• Ensure all projects comply with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and internal policies.
• Develop and enhance technology solutions across all phases of revenue cycle management.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.


Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED – required.
• Bachelor’s degree – preferred.
• Proven experience in revenue cycle management and project management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and revenue cycle software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively under tight deadlines.
