Passionate about coaching the lifesaving skill of swimming? We are looking for an individual to serve as our Head Swim Team Coach for Central Bucks Region. As a Head Swim Team Coach, you develop important skills such as communication, leadership and responsibility that will serve you for a lifetime!

What is needed for this job as our Head Swim Team Coach:

• 21+ years of age
• 1+ years experience coaching competitive swimming
• 1+ years experience teaching swim lessons preferred
• 1+ years experience managing staff preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development, Physical Education, Sports Management, Psychology, or related fields preferred
• Ability to obtain Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (training provided)
• YMCA USA Coaching Certification (training provided)

 

The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Head Swim Team Coach:

• Oversee and develop age group swim teams while supporting the Association Director of Competitive Aquatics
• Coaches all levels and age groups of the competitive aquatics teams
• Design and implement practices and workout schedules
• Maintain communication with athletes and families
• Provide on and off deck leadership and enthusiasm to team members
