What you will do:

• Develop PSM program to meet Nutrien / regulatory standards for all existing and future PSM covered processes.
• Coordinate, delegate, and/or participate in PHA and audits at required frequency.
• Monitor and track the implementation of recommendations and findings from PHA’s and audits.
• Facilitation of Management of Change (MOC) system across site.
• Ensure training requirements for PSM/RMP for affected employees are known / communicated.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure Operating Procedures meet PSM/RMP requirements.
• Participate in process-related Incident Investigations and track timely completion of corrective actions.
• Facilitate and document facility PSSRs for existing facilities and participate/assign team member to PSSRs for new facilities.
• Facilitation of documentation and organization of Process Safety Information.
• Track and report performance metrics related to PSM compliance (audit, PHA, incident) action item tracking.

 

What you will bring:

• High school diploma.
• Engineer certification.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, PSM experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple program developments at once.
• Strong interpersonal skills including communication through written and verbal methods.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of site personnel in a professional manner.
