Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administrative, CRM, invoicing, and website management tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities. Experience with WordPress is a strong advantage, as you will assist with basic website updates and content management. Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update WordPress websites, including content uploads, page edits, and basic site management.
Format and publish blog posts and pages using WordPress editors such as Gutenberg, Elementor, or similar tools. Manage WordPress plugins and themes, including installations, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
Ensure website content is accurate, visually consistent, and follows basic SEO best practices.
Handle CRM data entry, updates, and record maintenance.
Prepare and manage invoices and support basic billing tasks.
Provide day-to-day administrative and website support, coordinating with internal teams or clients as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role.
Experience with CRM data entry and invoice processing.
Basic to intermediate experience with WordPress (content updates, page editing, plugin management).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.
