Robert Bosch Kft. has been established in 1991 in Budapest as part of the Bosch Group. Currently more than 4500+ colleagues are working here together, most of them within the Engineering Center Budapest. Besides that, the location serves as the Bosch south-east European sales center for vehicle parts, vehicle-diagnostic equipment, power tools, thermo technology  systems and security technologies. Furthermore, corporate functions are also present, such as finance, controlling, purchasing, communication and human resources.

Job Description

► Main interface between eCommerce owners and BOP organizations for alignment and coordination of eCommerce activities worldwide, first point of contact for e.g. SAD central team as well as escalation point for regional BOP teams.

► Develop and implement support concepts, organizational setup & process landscape for eCommerce business operations & customer care, in close collaboration with stakeholders,  central SAD organization, BOP CoC/UC-team, BOP regional teams, Hub service provider etc.

► Execute strategy for eCommerce in Business Operations (customer process concept incl. order management, customer logistics, claims handling, etc.) in the regional organization incl. global Hub. Manage the implementation and track the performance with defined KPIs

► Optimize specific business operations processes to keep up with the growing complexity and size of a global account management in eCommerce via definition and alignment of the modular task framework for BOP support area. Foster implementation of new processes including automation 

► Develop, implement and review eCommerce customer care concepts for 1st and 2nd level support in Hub and in UCCs in close collaboration with central GBH owner and central/regional UCC coordinators.

► Support pre-launch arrangements (incl. timeline, project setups, capacity requested to regions) and accompany rollout activities in countries.

► Establish a training concept together with eCommerce owners (e.g. SAD)

► Develop and support networks of business operations associates across regions. Define global best practices and strategies for optimizing D2C activities, developing overarching solutions, building up know-how, training and documentation

► Develop and maintain reporting databases and dashboards for business performance steering (on business operations KPIs)

► Active member of a cross-functional team of Sales, Logistics and Business Units 

Qualifications

► More than 5 years of professional experience in strategic top management consulting (focus: sales, marketing, business operations) – a PhD or MBA degree is a plus

► Affinity for e-commerce, online sales, direct-to-consumer business

► Conceptual thinking, strong and resilient communicator with experience in negotiations

► Analytical mindset and understanding of complex relationships. Ideally experience in process management

► Customer focus and agile mindset. Ability to collaborate across functions, cultures and hierarchies

► Entrepreneurial thinking, independent, innovative, and mindset of positive leadership

► High knowledge of MS Office and SAP, ideally experience in eCom customer tools

► Data knowledge and AI experience as a plus

► Fluent in English, further language skills are a plus
