Global Procurement Controller (f/m/d) - Herzogenburg

A job that matters: your task

• Support mid-term planning, forecasting and budgeting for Operations Global with the focus procurement
• Lead and further develop procurement reporting on a global level
• Develop financial scenarios for procurement initiatives
• Support Operations function in evaluating depth of production, technological vs. economic benefits
• Develop methods for better procurement reporting and saving tracking
• Develop a set of KPIs to drive performance of individual procurement departments and give guidance for the future set-up
• Develop early warning system regarding savings tracking (net and gross)
• Develop together with controllers and procurement colleagues counter measures of plant deviations and follow up to ensure implementation

An experience that matters: your skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a technical field
• At least 3-5 years of expertise in operations controlling or procurement controlling
• Long-term experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience in an international company is beneficial
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to travel for business purposes abroad (6-9 times per year)
