Conductor is a leading Website Optimization & Intelligence platform. Today’s top brands use Conductor to create and optimize digital experiences that get found organically in search engines and drive value for customers. The platform provides actionable SEO, content, and technical website intelligence paired with real-time website monitoring to help customers accelerate—and protect—digital growth.

Conductor is a mission-driven company with a commitment to innovation, customer success, and culture. For Conductor, success is improving the lives of all the people in our orbit—our customers, our customers' customers, our employee-owners, and our communities.

We are seeking a data-driven digital leader to elevate our website performance and  product-led growth (PLG) strategies. This role combines expertise in website experience optimization with product-led growth methodologies to drive customer acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention. You will lead cross-functional teams to create seamless, high-converting digital experiences and scalable PLG initiatives that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Experience & Optimization:

  • Create, maintain, and implement a website roadmap aimed at improving performance and creating high-converting customer journeys.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify optimization opportunities for enhancing website conversion rates.
  • Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and operations teams to develop and launch new website content and features.
  • Lead A/B testing programs, from hypothesis development to implementation and analysis, to optimize website content and user experiences.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase web traffic, and enhance visibility.
  • Oversee the continued enhancement of the Content Management System (CMS) functionality in collaboration with engineering teams.

Product-Led Growth:

  • Develop and execute a PLG strategy as part of a broader hybrid go-to-market (GTM) motion to drive customer acquisition, activation, conversion, upsell, and retention.
  • Formulate, test, and optimize pricing and packaging strategies to drive in-product conversion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute PLG initiatives across the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to identify and prioritize features that enhance customer acquisition, activation, and conversion.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align campaigns with customer acquisition and retention objectives.
  • Analyze user behavior and customer feedback to develop data-driven hypotheses for improving product adoption and engagement.
  • Measure and optimize PLG initiatives through continuous testing and data analysis.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor a small team focused on SEO, CRO, and PLG priorities.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to align website and product strategies with overarching business goals.
  • Leverage analytics to report performance metrics, surface opportunities, and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or product management roles, with significant exposure to B2B SaaS environments and hybrid GTM motions.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful website content strategies and PLG initiatives.
  • Expertise in SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), web analytics, growth marketing, and product-led strategies.
  • Strong understanding of self-service customer acquisition, in-product activation, onboarding, and upsell/cross-sell strategies.
  • Experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Optimizely.
  • Proficiency with PLG tech stacks, including tools like Heap, Pendo, Intercom, Marketo, and customer data platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in improving product adoption and retention through data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science/technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with website technologies, digital marketing, and CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity) is a plus.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital experience
