Classroom Lab Assistant (Indianapolis) - On Campus

**This is an onsite part-time position**

• Work Schedule:  Monday - Thursday Day/Eve and/or Saturdays, as the specific schedule is set for Classroom Lab Assistant
• Pay Rate:  18hr

 

What you will be doing:

• Monitor students and check attendance in the classroom.
• Responsible for the cleanliness, setup, and appearance of the classroom.
• Tutor or assist supporting students with lab work in the classroom.
• Assist students in the development of successful study habits and skills
• Assist students in the registration of products necessary for the completion of studies on their issued Laptops
• Troubleshoot all issues with student Laptops and Tablets
• Troubleshoot campus network, printers, or any other technical issues that arise
• Support students preparing for and scheduling to take their certification exams.
• Assist with issues/areas on campus as assigned by Lead instructor or Instructor.
• Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications needed:

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required. BA preferred (combination of experience and education may be considered)
• Successful Graduate of MyComputerCareer or a combination of similar education and experience.
• A minimum of two of the certifications taught by MyComputerCareer preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft OS, Windows, and Google Chrome
• Attention to detail.
