We are looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a punctual, hard-working individual and able to undertake a variety of office support tasks while working diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. This person will be a self-starter and eager to learn new duties along the way.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- General clerical duties include photocopying, faxing, scanning, and mailing.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and/or maintain a filing system.
- Handle requests for information and data
- Order office supplies.
- Make travel and hotel arrangements.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Assist management with the coordination of various new hire tasks (to include: pre-employment drug testing, new hire paperwork)
- Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Highly trustworthy.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
