Job Description

Pay Rate: $17.70 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Receive/record information from prior sift.
2. Email and make copies of schedules for employees and supervisors.
3. Collect product tags and record them in computer system.
4. Receive front half report and record in computer.
5. Record all downtime entries.
6. Generate copies of completed work for next shift.
7. Verify employee attendance, absences, vacations and/or LOA’s to supervision.
8. Organize office.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong 10-key by touch.
• Excellent phone skills and ability to communicate with a wide variety of people.
• Good penmanship.
• At least 2-5 years of general office experience.
• Ability to have a flexible work schedule when needed.
• Ability to sit in front of computer for prolonged hours.
• Strong computer experience (word, excel, power point, date entry).

• Employees selected for the backup position will be trained for (15) days and be placed on a list to be considered when vacancy occurs
