*Enterprise Data Specialist I

Zurich (Schaumburg, IL) seeks an Enterprise Data Specialist I to be part of the Data Management team, facilitate the development/implementation of the desired end-state data environment and be responsible for improving the organization's decision-making capabilities by providing high-quality and transparent data. Specific duties include: improve the organization's decision-making capabilities by providing high quality, transparent data; manage, lead, and coordinate onsite and offshore delivery teams to ensure resources are effectively utilized; participate on core teams identifying and validating data scenarios within the Enterprise; manage and control a portion of data integration development projects; demonstrate the ability to develop actionable plans and recognize opportunities; and report out on on-going progress. Option to work remotely 75% of the time.

 

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as Manager - Delivery, Senior Associate - Projects, Associate - Projects, or similar data management position. Specific experience must include: working in Insurance industry; working with SQL, SAS, Erwin, Data Quality Tools, and ETL; working individually and as a team member in cross-group collaborative environment; using verbal and written communication skills to present complex technological concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences. Option to work remotely 75% of the time.
